Coaching Package

The clients I work alongside are:

 

- diagnosed or self identifying ADHDers (often with co-occuring Autism)

- leaders/executives/founders (3rd, public and private sectors)

- neurodivergent leaders

I encourage all potential clients to join me for a 30 minute connection call. This provides an opportunity for both of us to find out more about each other, to ask questions and to better understand what coaching is.

From this call, I will then forward on a proposal, which will share an overview of our connection call, a suggestion on the number of coaching sessions which might be required and costs.

Additional Information

I advise that the first two coaching sessions take place within a 4 week period, with ongoing sessions being facilitated monthly. Sessions can be more frequent if it is more suited to your specific situation. Additional sessions can be added on to your package if required. 

Sessions tend to be online, and last between 45-90 minutes - basing this on the needs and preference of the client.

A record of the coaching conversation will be shared with you via a confidential online Hub, where you will be able to review resources shared during our calls and monitor progress towards your goal.

 

Text and email support can be provided in between sessions, if required, and can initially support with accountability.

Why would I try coaching?​

The bigger question is probably, why wouldn’t you?

Do you need a reason? If so, perhaps one of the following might trigger an ‘aha’ moment for you.

 

You might;

- be at a transition point at work or home

- be looking for a promotion, or recently taken on a promoted post

- have been neglecting yourself recently

- have decided you want to try something new

- be experiencing significant challenges at home or within the workplace

- be feeling your confidence has dropped or things that worked before aren’t working any more

- be struggling with relationships and want a safe space to work through and reflect on this

- be looking for an outlet to process your stress and turnaround where you are

- be recognising signs of burnout approaching…

- be off work and trying to find ways to help yourself

- be going through, or recently received a diagnosis (ADHD is a special interest area for me due to my own diagnosis)

- be returning to work e.g. from maternity/paternity/parenting leave or a secondment

- be ready to protect some time to invest in you

Ultimately, coaching will support you to identify a goal and work with you to create small action plans to enable you to work towards your goal. You don’t need to have a goal in mind to get started. This will all become clear through our discussions. Often when you have no plan, this can generate more creativity.

What are the benefits? 

These are so wide ranging, but more importantly it probably depends on your specific circumstances. Some of the benefits I have experienced are:

What next?

I have 3 spaces available to start during February/March 2026.

Coaching prices range from £85-£175 per session. This can be clarified during the connection call or within the follow up proposal. Payment is requested in advance of sessions taking place and can be invoiced monthly, or in blocks (on request).
